Accomodation is to be organized by participants individually. Conference organizers have blocked a limited number of rooms in the:

Local Transportation
Transportation will be available from the Hotel Intercontinental and the meeting venue. Participants will make their own arrangement for airport travel.
Travel arrangements and ticket confirmation
It is strongly advised that participants be holding confirmed reservations, as confirmation and/or ticket rebooking may be a problem. Please contact the Secretariat for this and other travel-related assistance.
Internet Access
Internet services are available at the meeting site (free of charge). Internet access services are also available at the hotel, but will be charged to the participant’s personal account and will not be reimbursable.
